1. Return

You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.

If you wish to make a return, please fill out and email the return form or include it in the package with the returned goods. You can send the parcel by any courier that suits you best. The parcel should be sent to the address:

Effects of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, we will return to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from the sales contract.

We will refund the payment using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We ask you to handle the delivered items carefully to avoid contamination or damage and to send them back as far as possible without signs of use and in their original packaging, for which we will be very grateful to you.

2. Exchange

It is possible to exchange the product within 14 days from the date of delivery within the same model – change of size and/or color.

If you wish to exchange for a different model of the product, it is necessary to make a return and purchase a new item.

If the exchange is going to be within a model then please first contact the store by email at sklep@minou.pl or by phone at 690 120 096. We will check whether the product to be exchanged is in stock and, if possible, reserve it until the package with the returned item reaches us.

The cost of return shipping to the store and shipping of the new product is paid by the customer.

For faster handling of exchanges, we highly request that you include a note with the following information in the package with the returned products:

  • phrase “EXCHANGE”
  • first and last name
  • order number
  • what the product is going to be exchanged for – model, color, size

3. Complaints

In the case of non-compliance of the goods with the contract of sale (such as receipt of damaged or defective goods), you have the right to file a complaint requesting replacement or repair of the goods. In addition, in certain situations, you can make a statement to reduce the price of the goods or withdraw from the contract.

Complaints with a description of the defects of the goods, please submit an e-mail to: sklep@minou.pl.

After considering the complaint, we will repair or replace the goods or refund you the price of the goods in whole or in part.

If the goods are replaced or repaired, we will collect the goods covered by the complaint from you.

If you make a statement to reduce the price of the goods or withdraw from the contract, please return the goods to the following address:
