NELI cashmere cardigan sweater cool beige

Cashmere crew-neck cardigan, made of pure, premium quality Mongolian cashmere. The sweater has been designed in à la the 1960s style and is a modern version of the classic twinset cardigan. You can wear it over a NEMA short-sleeve sweater or BISU blouse. It looks beautiful and feminine matched with our TILIA skirt. This lightweight cashmere cardigan will be perfect for the warmer months – thanks to its thermoregulatory properties it provides exceptional wearing comfort.

The cardigan is fastened with matte buttons, which were created especially for us in a button factory near Warsaw.

Interesting fact: the buttons are made from the corozo nut, a fruit that grows in Ecuador on the corozo palm (scientific name Phytelephas aequatorialis). The nuts are harvested by local people with the permission of Ecuador’s Ministry of Environment, causing no harm to the palm tree or the environment. Because of its resemblance to animal ivory, the corozo nut is also known as “plant ivory.”

The highest quality 2-ply cashmere yarn ensures that the sweater will serve you for many years, becoming increasingly soft and fluffy.
